35th Annual Dayton Bronco Invitational

 Buses will be directed to drop their runners off in the North Lot. Buses will then be parked in the South (Teacher) Lot at DHS.

 Course Description: Flat grass loops with some uneven terrain and shallow ditches.

Timing: DoMore Race Services - We chip time ALL divisions.

Entry Fees: $125 for each High School Gender , Varsity B teams will be allowed, but only for an additional fee of $50.$100 for Middle school genders of 15 or more. $75 for Middle school genders of 14 or less. Individuals will be $10 dollars each.. Please make checks payable to: Dayton Athletics.  

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please delete all entries from milesplit. We have to pay for every bib that is prepared for your runners. If bibs are packed for your team and you don’t show, we won’t be able to refund your entry fee.

Entries:  All entries should be submitted to tx.milesplit.com by Tuesday, 9/10 at 5pm. To find the meet, search for “35th Dayton Bronco Invitational”.

Kids’ Race: FREE. All finishers in the kids’ races will receive an award. The little brothers and sisters always have a great time with this. This race will not be timed.

Water will be provided for all athletes. T-Shirts and concessions will also be sold.

7:35              K-3rd grade Kids’ run                          800m approx.

7:40              4th -6th grade Kids’ run                        800m approx.

7:50              Varsity Boys                                 5000m (10 runner max)

8:20              Varsity Girls                                5000m (10 runner max)

8:45              JV Boys                                       5000m (unlimited)

9:10              Varsity Girls II                             2 miles (10 runner max) 

9:35         JV Girls                                      2 miles(unlimited)

10:00 JH Girls                                  2 miles  (unlimited) Top 30 medals

10:25            JH Boys                                    2 miles (unlimited)  Top 30 medals

***All starting times are approximate. After the first race, we will follow a rolling schedule.

 Awards:       -Team trophies for 1st and 2nd place in Varsity and 1st in JV

-Varsity medals sponsored by Whataburger - Top 15 in each varsity race

                     -Medals for the top 15 individuals in each division, unless otherwise noted.

-Top 30 JH finishers will receive a medal

                     -No team awards for Middle school – however, the race WILL be scored.

-Individual medals will be given as participants leave the finish chute. Team   awards will be given as soon as the races are scored.
